MONEY HEIST

"Money Heist" (original Spanish title: La Casa de Papel) is a Spanish television heist crime drama series that premiered on Antena 3 in 2017 and later became a global sensation after being acquired by Netflix. The show follows a group of eight robbers, each using the name of a city, led by a mastermind who calls himself "The Professor" (played by Álvaro Morte).

The group's plan is to infiltrate the Royal Mint of Spain and print billions of euros while keeping hostages inside the building for 11 days. They aim to complete their heist without any bloodshed, and with the help of their negotiation expert Raquel Murillo (played by Itziar Ituño), they hope to make their escape with the money and the hostages unscathed.

The first two seasons of the series focus on the preparation and execution of the heist, as well as the relationships and dynamics between the robbers and their hostages. The third and fourth seasons introduce new challenges, as the group is forced to pull off another heist to rescue one of their own, and later, they are pursued by authorities and forced to go on the run.

The show is known for its intricate plotting, sharp dialogue, and compelling characters. Each character has their own unique backstory, which is gradually revealed over the course of the series, and viewers are kept on the edge of their seats as the heist unfolds and twists and turns occur.

Overall, "Money Heist" is an entertaining and addictive series that has captivated audiences worldwide, making it one of the most popular non-English language shows on Netflix.
