"Vikings" is a historical drama television series that follows the adventures of legendary Viking warrior and farmer, Ragnar Lothbrok, as he rises to power and becomes a renowned leader of his people.
The series begins with Ragnar's journey to discover new lands to raid in the west, defying the orders of his local chieftain, Earl Haraldson. Along the way, Ragnar forms alliances with other powerful figures, including the Viking warrior Lagertha, and his brother Rollo.
